I would just like the people at Such a Voice to know – as I’m certain you already do – what a wonderful coach Heather Costa really is. I am deeply impressed with and deeply appreciative of the time, energy and commitment she devoted to getting me to be as good as I possibly could be. She is very kind and caring, while at the same time critiquing with a fine ear toward any moment that could be made better. The balance she strikes between encouragement and constantly pushing for improvement was absolutely perfect for me. It was a pleasure and a privilege to work with her.
