We want our students to join us in a healthy and thriving industry, and that takes all of our voices! The industry flourishes when the principles we cherish are upheld: fairness, equity, and the belief that every artist deserves not just recognition but the assurance of a protected and sustainable career. And we’re not the only ones! Paving the way to keep our industry healthy are the unions, voice actor initiatives like the Brad Venable fund, QueerVox and Voices of the Global Majority, and organizations like National Association of Voice Actors (NAVA).
